Upon examination it was observed that the insulation of the high tension collector brush had broken down, allowing the H.T. supply to track across the surface to earth. This is the third case of trouble with collector brushes recently and is considered to be due to leakage of oil from the bearing, mixing with the carbon dust and forming Signed rontd This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
