Dear Sirs,
We must apologise for the delay in replying to your letter of the 22nd instant. The experimental thermostat to your Drwg. EB.3509 is being supplied immediately.
With regard to the thermostatic relief valve, we are not altogether in agreement with your sketch and are preparing a drawing which will be sent to you very shortly.
