Dear Sir,

Mr.Rowbotham has been in communication with us concerning a complaint which you have with regard to the clutch on your car jaggering unpleasantly. He has now sent us a new clutch plate and has asked us to get into touch with you with a view to letting us have your car in order that this part may be fitted.

We will be glad to know from you therefore, when it will be convenient for you to let us have the car.

We reckon that we should require it for three working days.

We will be pleased to accept it at any time convenient to yourself, though we would appreciate it if you would send the car in by appointment, so that we may be certain of being able to put the work in hand without delay.

It is not our intention to make any charge for the work involved in connection with the clutch.

Yours faithfully,
BENTLEY MOTORS (1931) LTD.,

(H.PIKE)
SERVICE MANAGER.
