re side spare wheel carrier.

We will look into the question of the carrier
and let you have results as soon as possible.

We can give you the information that it is not
the frame that is whipping, but entirely the non rigid
qualities of the tubes and discs. The fault lies chiefly
in charging the disc and bolt. Further details later.
