Dear Sirs,

Further to our letter of the 12th instant, we beg to advise you that the sample battery type 6-XHR11-LL assembled in Dagenite container with cover is being despatched to you to-day. This battery has been made up on the lines arranged in our recent correspondence and as discussed with you by our Mr.Lockton at your Works.

With regard to the proposed new design of vent plug, the six sample plugs which we have promised to send you are not quite ready, but we are hoping to be able to let you have these at an early date.
