2. in about a week's time, and also a complete new set of bumpers, over-riders, and aprons, which I have had designed specially for this car. When these are ready I shall hope to come over and see you and show them to you, because I think they are going to be rather good, although they may not meet with your approval, because they do not follow out the same section as you propose to fit on the Myth. With regard to the latter, one front bumper made according to a scheme in which the bolts do not show at all, is practically ready now, and another is being made up according to another scheme, which will be ready very soon. I should therefore like to bring these over, together with my car, so that you can see all three sets, and we can perhaps go a stage further in our collaboration on these post-war matters. Also by then I shall hope to have the wooden model steering wheel, which I should like to discuss with you in detail. Yours sincerely, C.L. Breeden P.S. I should like to have the carburetter modification in due course. Since writing the above I find that the number plates were acknowledged by your Stores on your printed buff form, and this unfortunately cannot be turned up. However, I enclose copy of Mr. Watkins's letter to Mr. Wyman. | ||
