Modifications to the fan for the Rippletto project, based on the B.60 model.

The spider and pulley are those specified for B.60 except that the gauge of the spider has been reduced to 10 S.W.G. (.128) The fan blade is also that for B.60. except that 1.5" has been cut off the end of each blade.
