| 261 (3) To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Lp.{Mr Lappin} Lp.{Mr Lappin}1/HMW.5.3.40. MARTIN HURST'S BENTLEY. Mr. Martin Hurst bought a 4¼ Bentley from Jack Barclay, mileage 6,500, has now done 10,000, and on his way from Oxford to London the connecting rod came through the crank case. Gvr presumably has the car, and has suggested that over revving is the cause. Martin Hurst is anxious that we should give him a good character with B.R. on this job. Lp.{Mr Lappin} | ||
