Hamilton}2/JAB.12.6.36. c/r The surclips were left off the cover bolts to make it easier to dismantle the clutch. When reassembling the fitters knock the bolts in through the starter motor hole. They think in the shop that we have gained on the whole by doing away with the clips. As far as we can find out, your trunnion shaft and bearing housings are made of non-hardened nickel steel. The material was changed to case-hardened nickel steel last December, and this material is being used on production. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Smth. | ||
