Dear Sirs, We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 15th inst., and as requested are despatching to you today, under separate cover, a replacement receiver unit. We note that you will return the original upon receipt of the new one. With regard to the special inter-connecting cable for this equipment, we should be pleased to know whether this meets the requirements, and whether it has been connected up successfully. If any difficulty is experienced please let us know, and we will arrange for one of our engineers to come and assist at your works. With regard to the body wiring, since writing you we have interviewed Park Ward's electrician who admits that he committed the error of wiring the switch between the lamp and earth, instead of between the battery plus and the lamp. Mr.Penny expressed his regret at the mistake and is, I believe, writing to you. We trust that you have been able to get over this mistake without too much difficulty. Yours faithfully, For and on behalf of E.K. Cole Ltd., [Signature] W Rex. I. Cowley CAR RADIO ENGINEER.
