Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd.,
Experimental Department,
DERBY.

For the attention of G.H.Whyman Esq.

Dear Sirs,

Further to your letter of the 4th instant, the writer regrets that when visiting your Works on the 6th instant, he did not have the pleasure of meeting you.

The writer, however, discussed the matter of the treatment of your Exhaust downtake pipe, front expansion box and intermediate pipe, with your Mr. Butler, and made various suggestions to him which may be satisfactory to you, and possibly lead to some experimental work.

In any case, we look forward to receiving your comments.

Yours faithfully,
DURION LIMITED.
