contd :- -2- ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED bonnet fasteners. You have a completely new one to try (RR. patent) and also some modifications to the 20 HP. type (2nd. modification). Also still very anxious to get a better scheme of lock. Let us make an effort to get the scheme here agreed upon, on the next car for France, which should leave in a few weeks. Certainly make a great effort to save the 1/4" recess at the back of the radiator. Shorten the tubes of the matrix if Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} thinks it is possible we can. Make one each way for the same bonnet - i.e. face of one will be 1/4" further back. I was struck what a nice piece of design and work that on 7-EX appeared, and am shy at altering it except in the way here suggested. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
