In DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}1/M1.2.27. on radiators and shutters, reference is made to the better cooling of EAC-8 (12-EX which was with CWB. and me in the Alps in September last).

Was anything definite ever found to explain the unusually effective cooling of this engine and radiator.
