x7960 PN.{Mr Northey}1/WT23.1.30. S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}..from PN.{Mr Northey} Copy to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} With regard to the proposed meeting with you at Bicknalls Corner with Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} in order to make some comparative tests between a "Phantom II" fitted with Solex Carburetter, and a standard "Phantom/II". Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} finds that he cannot be available on Tuesday next, therefore it is proposed that this meeting shall take place at 11.30 a.m. on the following day, Wednesday. As E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} is being asked to come up from W.W. that morning in order to be present, we shall not be able to meet until the time stated. I shall endeavour to have 29-WJ also available for the comparative test. You will let me know whether you are able to bring down a second experimental 25 H.P. rigged on the lines of 12-G4, for confirmatory tests, in which case I will arrange to have our 25 H.P. Weymann trials car with us. PYS. I have now spoken to you on the 'phone and you have agreed that this date is quite O.K. PN.{Mr Northey} | ||
