Re: Exhausted Heated Carburetters - Phantom II.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/MJ.16.12.29. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} authorises that the fittings for exhaust-heated carburetters should be supplied without charge for Phantom II Chassis which we know are going to America or have already gone there.

1. 11-WJ and 69-WJ. have already been shipped to R.R.A.I. Will Works please have the necessary parts for the exhaust-heated carburetters despatched to R.R.A.I. with instructions for fitting.

2. 85-WJ. Nathanson. This is already in Canada. Will Works please send the necessary parts and instructions for fitting to R.R. of Canada.

3. 11-XJ Blumenthal is at Barkers.
83-XJ T. Eaton Co. is at Hoopers.
Will Works please have the necessary parts for these 2 chassis sent to N. with instructions that they should be fitted to these chassis.

4. 180-XJ. Barker for Paris.
100-GN. Brulutour.
196-XJ. Barker for Baring.
155-XJ. Otto Kahn.

We understand these chassis are not yet off test, so will Works please arrange for the above parts to be fitted to the chassis before they are despatched from Works.

We shall be glad if you will keep us advised of the action you take in each case.
