PHANTOM III. HIGH INERTIA PROP. SHAFT DAMPER.

The mock-up scheme Ex.26342/3 appears to be successful, and we should now like to try a damper which could be used on Production. Will you please therefore build us up a damper in which the inertia members are in high tensile cast iron, of the same shape as the epxerimental composite ones.
