Attached to the chassis. Just lumped on. I attach for you a record. I see that what is included in the weighing I always weigh in the same party. that you shall record their results, so that it shall be kept hanging on the office wall. We shall then be able to prove the effect of any alteration that are made to the engine. I fear that the alterations we are now contemplating may increase the weight of the engine.

I will return to the question, it must be thrashed out by Messrs Royce, Crunsborough & Johnson & myself privately. The question of proposition debated by Mr Medin; to a result they approved by.{R.W.
