W/S. Whr.{Mr Wheeler} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/MJ.19.12.32. Re. Left-Hand Phantom ll's. Replying to Whr.{Mr Wheeler}3/14.12.32. We should not like to promise to take the jagger out of the steering on these cars. On our latest right-hand cars we are now fitting shimmy shackle, which improves but does not by any means eliminate shock on the wheel. If once we start on the left-hand cars to improve this point we may become involved in a big expense. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
