Replying to Whr.{Mr Wheeler}3/14.12.32.

We should not like to promise to take the jagger out of the steering on these cars. On our latest right-hand cars we are now fitting shimmy shackle, which improves but does not by any means eliminate shock on the wheel. If once we start on the left-hand cars to improve this point we may become involved in a big expense.
