X.607 RFC D {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} /Sn {Mr Sanderson} 2/GH6.11.22. Sales would be glad to know if we are taking any step to supply another battery, or whether you are satisfied that the Chloride battery is the best battery you can get. Sales get continual complaints about them, and the number of complaints seems to be on the increase. It causes them a good deal of trouble, apart from the annoyance to the customer as in most cases the Chloride Inspector reports that the battery shows signs of being over-discharged. The customers' reply to this is simply that the battery has had ordinary usage and they cannot understand how it is over-discharged if the electrical installation is correct. During the past four months Sales have had, in London alone, 22 complaints, and would be glad if you will please let them know what is being done. [Signature] RECEIVED NOV 7 1922 | ||
