EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3/HP.25.4.34. re Instrument Boards. In view of the fact that we are using the all wooden instrument board on all our own cars and our standardised bodies, we suggest that it would be practical to standardise this board and to modify our instrument board print which we supply to the coachbuilders accordingly. At the moment we are supplying the chromium plated flanges which are expensive and these are being thrown away. The issue becomes more acute on the 25-HP E.2. series when the mixture control goes on to the dashboard and will have to be designed either for a chromium plated flange or for the all wooden board. We suggest that the standardisation of the all wooden board would satisfy the issue. Will you please let us know what you recommend. EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
