Cricklewood Works,
LONDON, N.W.2.

For the attention of Mr. Bailey.

Dear Sirs,

Phantom III "Jackalls".

With reference to the writer's visit to Gt. Portland St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} on Tuesday Dec. 17th.

We are forwarding to you under separate cover - 1. Reservoir Tank, minus Olive Union Adaptor, which we shall have to leave to you to make up, as at present there is a shortage of these.

Enclosed herewith is Drg. No. LeC.4794, showing this tank on Dash.

With regard to position of pump on frame, as we know that your pump fits in the desired place, we do not think it necessary for you tofind the precise position on the dummy chassis.

Confirming arrangements made on Tuesday -

(1) That the front Jacks be fitted in a slightly more vertical position.

(2) That a larger bore pipe is tried out on the rear Jacks to speed up the "Release" line.

We shall be pleased to hear as soon as possible the results obtained by this.
