Re ENGINE GEARS - 20/25 H.P.

I know, of course, that the Works are fully aware of the urgency of this matter, but just to give you an instance of the damage this is likely to do to our reputation I am advising you of the following:-

We have recently had to arrange for the return of GLZ-56 to the Works.

You have at the present moment at the Works another car belonging to Mr. Scott (GSY66).

Also GRW-53 has had to be returned to the Works for the same trouble.

The unfortunate part about these three cars and the reason I quote them together is that all these people live in Dundee and you will understand how a thing like this gets round in a small community of this sort.

The enclose copy of letter from Messrs. Rossleigh of Dundee on the matter.

C.
