Dear Sir,

For the attention of W.A.Robotham,Esq.,

Licence Fee.

With reference to the above question I have to inform you that the matter has now been considered by the Board with the result that the following decision has been arrived at :-

In cases where a Licensee desires to operate under a given fee per box or chassis, the said fee shall remain constant per unit - irrespective of the torque handled by said unit. As the sum of 15/- per unit has been agreed with your Company (should you wish to adopt the transmission) for smaller cars, it follows that the same fee would be applicable also to any larger models.

Yours faithfully,

OVERDRIVE GEARS LTD.
Edgar de Normanville
Managing Director.
