AUTHORISATION SHEET NO.4. "V" SERIES.

CJ. has now agreed that we should secure the rear end mud wing socket for the front wings to the chassis frame by means of bolts instead of rivets, as coachbuilders are experiencing some difficulty in fixing their wings in position when the sockets are rivetted on, and it is necessary for them to be able to remove these sockets.

CJ. has agreed that all chassis at the Works should be modified in accordance with the above, and any chassis at coachbuilders should also be altered.

We will issue the necessary instructions to the Works immediately.
