Re. N. sch. 2845. we think the wheel should be carried in one inch for the sake of safety in catching a passing vehicle.

[Diagram Annotation 1]: Not so high and no washer.
[Diagram Annotation 2]: Clean up with end mill before polishing.
[Diagram Annotation 3]: Two wings of the proportions shewn for turning and inverting position of disc.
[Diagram Annotation 4]: These prongs should be made to come further through the slot which probably requires more clearance on the threaded end with the handle
The double wheel carrier on 21-EX. does not work well owing to the prongs not reaching into the slot.
