MR. KAYE DON'S CAR 34-JS.{Mr Johnson's Secretary}

This car will be going in the Experimental Dept., for a final look over before it goes to America. It will certainly not be available after August 6th.

The points complained of are :-

Brake thumps - which you should be able to improve.
Various squeaks and rattles in the body.

We should also re-check the balance of the tyres and the toe-in and pivot lean, as the steering does not seem to be very good even with the shimmy shackle.

There is a report that the starter motor would not work, and Sales state that this has been cured by attention to the battery. We should like you to make sure that this is alright.
