X7080. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Silencer for Carburetter. Referring to the above, i.e. the device fitted to the second L.H. experimental P.II car, would you please let me know whether it is proposed to standardise this both for home as well as America. If so, I presume a standardisation sheet will be issued indicating the tests to which it has been submitted. I have in mind that, if it is going to be standard on chassis for America, it also ought to be on M.2 series. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} [Stamp: ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. 29 OCT 1930 451 TH] | ||
