Delco Distributors - Wraith.
---------------------------

It has been found that a percentage of Delco cams are down in hardness, and the matter has been taken up with Delco's regarding future deliveries.

We understand eight distributors with correct cams will be received today, and further supplies will follow to keep production going.

As we dont want to send any more chassis away without the correct cams, if this can be avoided, RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs} will hand over to RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/Smd.{J. Smedley} 17 assemblies with correct cams.

These should be used for cars in the most advanced stage, and the replacements sent to Mr.Talbot in the Steel Stores Laboratory for testing the hardness of the cams.

Any cams that are within the Brinell range called for can be returned for production and the others to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs}

An identification star should be stamped on the case ajacent to the serial number to indicate distributors with correct cams.
