Dear Mr. Green, CLAN OFFICES. I am afraid it will not be possible for your staff to get into their proper location until Monday, May 6th. In the meantime there is room for them in the office beyond the Telephone Exchange. The Plant people have promised to supply another small drawing board. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer} has all the information regarding the large drawing board and should be able to give you a promise when this should be completed. I hope you had a successful day with Ward.
