With reference to the visit of Mr. Basil Johnson, Mr Whitehead and yourself, to St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Margaret's, would you kindly note that the following is the rough specification as discussed of the modified Eagle for the immediate future without electrical starter, that is to say, something that can be got more quickly than the most advanced Eagle we have in view.-

5. Alterations to control of the R.R.C.H. carburetters and to magneto control to suit 2 magneto wheel case and battery ignition.

6. Addition of battery ignition to the engine.
