Control Gear for "Eagle fitted with battery ignition. Lec.863. Further details of Contact Breaker for battery ignition. Would you kindly return to us at the earliest possible moment the filing prints of the above, as we shall most probably require them for immediate reference. This ignition yet requires the designing of a switch. The switch will carry the non-inductive resistance which is placed in series with the L.T. winding of the coil. Would you also prepare another set of blue prints which are intended to be forwarded to Lieut: Commander Bristow. This set of prints should be sent direct from you to Commander Bristow in conjunction with a note that Mr. Royce is sending from St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Margaret's, a copy of which we enclose. Would you kindly pass this copy on to Mr. Clark as indicated by the heading. With reference to your scheme No. 236 for "Falcons", would you please arrange if possible to make the bevel casing with a similar flange to Lec.852, so that the R.R. battery ignition can be applied to the "Falcon" bevel contd. | ||
