We shall be glad to know whether the time is yet ripe for us to issue instructions to the Depots with regard to Balloon tyres. We got out a draft of a sheet to Depots on this matter in December last, but this was held over in accordance with BJ's instructions pending further experiments. This point has come to our notice again today through our having received a final test report from Paris of a 40/50 HP. car, on which Balloon tyres 33 x 6.75" have been fitted. EP{G.
