re L.H.P.II Cars for America.

Referring to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/MD.7.9.31 I should be glad if you would let me know at what stage of the L.H.P.II chassis we could introduce flip-flap shutters without additional expense.

I should like to write an offer to incorporate this improvement in future chassis for them but should first like to have the above information.
