To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Sft.{Mr Swift} c. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} 8 TRANSPORTATION OF SMALL UNITS TO CREWE. Crewe complains that a number of the small units which they have sent over from Derby by passenger train get lost on the way. It has, therefore, been agreed by Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} that anybody going to Crewe by car, should, before leaving, enquire from the Works whether they have any such units to send to Crewe, and if so, take as many over as possible. The units in question are as follows:- Loose controls Starter engaging mechanism Petrol pump Cooling pump. Will Sft.{Mr Swift} please inform the people fabricating the parts in question of the facilities available. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
