LID{A. J. Lidsey} X1140. TO Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from G/Rb.{R. Bowen} G/Rb.{R. Bowen}3/ABM/57E/NW.{N. Walker - Patents}23.2.32. Prices of Bonnet Fasteners. P II - £3.10. 20/25 - £2.0. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}1/AD.20.2.32. We confirm the figures of factory Cost for the Phantom II and 20/25 HP. Bonnet fasteners, given in your memo. The figures do not of course indicate the factory Cost of the fastener Units as such, but indicate the saving in the case of each chassis were the Bonnet Fasteners to be entirely deleted from the chassis. As the Phantom II Bonnet Fasteners also serve as Bonnet Handles, we added in to the cost of the 20/25 HP. Bonnet Fasteners, the cost of the handles also. The figures, therefore, represent the relative Factory Costs of the two distinct types of fastener, plus the complete Cost of fitting the parts to the chassis. G/Rb.{R. Bowen} [Signature] | ||
