-2- Ha/Smth.3/KW.30.3.36. The present position is that one clutch has given continuous satisfaction on the Ph.III, that is the Long plate fitted to 35-KX now demonstrating. We believe that the virtue of this clutch lies in the friction material with which it is lined. We have confirmed this by trying similar material on a Borg & Beck centre plate in 33-EX. The clutch so lined is excellent, and we are doing our utmost to get confirmatory evidence on other cars. In case it proves the solution, we are getting the material made in England Ha/Smth. | ||
