The low speed sparking was as follows:-
Advance 350 rpm
Central 210 "
Retard 170 ~
and the performance of the magneto during the 7 hrs run was considered to be OK. It is probable that the condenser capacity is initially high which, at a high temperature, would result in bad low speed sparking. There does not appear to be a loose connection, as the platinum points are in quite good condition.
