Dear Mr.Sidgreaves,

Many thanks for your letter of the 5th instant, reference Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}8/E5.2.35, which I am sorry I have not answered before, but I have been away from the Works most of the time on business.

I fully realise what a tricky problem this brake squealing is, and I hate having to complain about it, but I can assure you it has come back with renewed vigour, and it is just as embarrassing and dangerous as previously.

I want to leave myself entirely in Mr. Robotham's hands, and send the car up whenever he feels ready, and I have written him to this effect to-day.

With regard to my friend's comment on the Bentley brakes, I always feel it is unwise and dangerous to quote other people in writing, but I would be delighted to tell you exactly who it is when I next have the pleasure of meeting you.

Kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

Sgd (A.H.R.Fedden)
