To BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8230 Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 5/LG8. 2. 2. 26. SILENCER LAGGING. X3003 The thin sheet aluminium used on the silencers is not very durable. We recommend that the next car we send to run 10,000 miles, the silencer should be lagged with some of the new rustless material. If you think it is worth while, will you please issue instructions for a silencer to be made up. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
