(8) Under the International Regulations it is necessary to carry a small plate, which is usually attached to the dashboard and facing the driver. Members and AssociatesMembers requiring this plate should fill up and return the attached slip Black lettering on brass ( price 3/-) Black lettering on white metal (3/6) Black lettering on ivorine (2/6) FRENCH LIGHTING REGULATIONS. It is compulsory to carry a good tail light on the left hand side ("Off" Side in France) of All cars. This light must illuminate the back number plate with perfect clearness at night time, but it is not necessary to show a red light behind. It is also necessary to show a green light in front on the left hand side; one method of complying with the latter regulation is to have a green lens inserted before departure, but for the convenience of Members, small bottles of a special liquid are kept in stock. Price 1/- per bottle. This liquid can be used on ordinary white lenses, and can be removed when required by applying spirits without difficulty. TRANSPORT.
