Dear Sirs,
For the attention of Mr. Martindale
Experimental Department.
We thank you for your letter of the 13th inst., in connection with adjuster spindle G.B. 3272 and we note that you have examined the new spindles which we sent you and we thank you for your laboratory report.
We are taking this matter up immediately with our steel supplier and are sending him a sample of this spindle and will immediately forward on to you their report.
Kindly rest assured that we will go into this job very thoroughly as we certainly do not think there is any need to examine a percentage of our production once we have got the job to your satisfaction.
Kindly believe we are most pleased with your helpful suggestions and you can rest assured we will get the job right.
With many thanks.
Yours faithfully,
for NEW HUDSON LIMITED.,
Alex Fraser
GENERAL MANAGER.
