Paris Phantom III. The balanced Prop. shaft arrived for the trials car and has been fitted. I tried the car for Sr. as he is busy at the show. The result was quite satisfactory, no signs of period which had become very noticeable. The rear axle dither and a general thumpiness at the rear is now the chief complaint. There was no time to fit the rubber mounted roll bar so probably when that is fitted the noise will be lessened. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/G.W.Hancock. | ||
