BJ6/E23/12/26 With reference to BY3/H21/12/26, I have noted the suggestions of W. officials and presume they had before them R2/M18/11/26 at the time. We shall doubtless hear from R. {Sir Henry Royce} whether he agrees to enable us to take action. In the meantime please prepare a card showing the usual details of where and when the work will be carried out, total cost &c.
