E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} W. Hives Esq.,
Rolls Royce Ltd.,
(Experimental Department),
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Hives,

Maurice Olley just told me you were having some difficulty with spare parts for the Chevrolet car which you purchased recently.

Pass & Joyce of London are the Sole Concessionnaires for Chevrolet in this country, and the only place where you would be able to get Service parts is either through them or their various Sub-Dealers distributed in different parts of the country.

Olley said that you tried to get some parts through A.C.Sphinx; I would point out that they do not manufacture parts for Chevrolet and very likely do not manufacture parts which are even identical with those for Chevrolet.

If, however, you have any further trouble, kindly get in touch with me and I will try to help you out.

Sincerely yours,
W. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Appel
WALTER D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} APPEL.
