X.1056 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}14/KW. 16th June, 1936. A.{Mr Adams} Taub Esq., The Vauxhall Motor Co.Ltd., Luton, Beds. Dear Mr. Taub, We return to you herewith the drawings which you so kindly lent us. We are going ahead with the high unit pressure piston rings and will let you know what results we obtain when our tests are completed. We are also running cylinder blocks chromium plated internally, which will be rather interesting, but they will probably be too expensive for Chevrolet's to contemplate. I hope to see you next time I am in America. Yours sincerely, | ||
