Nightingale Road D E R B Y YOUR REF OUR REF BH/FB Date: 14 August 1918 Dear Sirs FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR. HIVES --------------------------- In accordance with our promise, we are sending you herewith a further 2 Doz. Model KR4 plugs, which are exactly similar to the KR4's you now have on test. Our last report from you on the 30th ultimo. was to the effect that these KR4's on test had run for 80 hours satisfactorily. We shall be glad if you will kindly let us know how many hours they have now run, and whether they are still giving satisfactory results. In accordance with your suggestion, we think it would be advisable for you to return the original dozen KR4 plugs to us for examination after this extended test. We also wish to refer to our letter of the 2nd inst. relative to a dozen KR5 plugs which we sent you fitted with steel pins, and 5 ditto fitted with copper pins, and to know whether you have been able | ||
