(10) Engine squeaks, squawks and knocks. Squawks
There is a trouble with piston knocks on the 20 HP. We shall shortly however be standardising a modification to the piston which we hope will reduce this trouble.

(11) Engine gears and dynamo rattle.
By paying particular attention to the production of the pieces in the dynamo drive, we believe the rattle has been considerably reduced. As regards engine gears, no modification is contemplated.

(12) Overoiling and smoky exhaust.
There is no reason why cars cannot be produced without this fault.

(13) Exhaust spit on retard.
We do not know to make this any better.

(14) Noisy tappets.
We think, on the average, tappets on the 20 HP. are more silent than any car we have made.

(15) Appearance and petrol and oil filler caps.
The petrol tank filler cap will be altered with the new tank. There is no suggestion of altering the oil filler cap.

(16) Battery ignition points burning.
We have never heard of this fault. There is no reason why it should exist.

(17) Breakage of induction pipes, and exhaust joints blowing out.
A modified design has been tested.

(18) Bonnet rattles.
No modifications are contemplated.

(19) Water leaks in crank-chamber.
There is no reason why this should occur.
