Dear Sirs,
Re: Styling B.50 Bodies.
We would like to confirm our remarks re the mock-up which you are making in connection with the above.
(1) We agree that the 4-light body may have a reduced quarter and boot as indicated on your print of PD.280, even though this does entail a different boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} to that of the 6-light body PD.279.
The junction between the boot and rear panel will be a square corner and not a radius.
(2) The back light may be as large as possible and without a centre bar.
(3) We will send a radiator shell and headlamp supports.
(4) The mock-up will be ready in ten weeks from November 2nd.1938.
(5) You will send us a provision/cost for the mock-up.
