BENTLEY REVOLUTION INDICATOR
AND SPEEDOMETER.

It is important that a careful check be made of the above instruments on every Bentley chassis. The rev indicator need only be checked with the pointer at a scale reading of 4500 R.P.M. and should shew a Hasler reading not more than 1100 R.P.M. Any rev counter exceeding this limit should definitely be rejected.

The speedometer (calibrated for 797 revs per.mile) should be checked at 60 M.P.H. and 100 M.P.H. and the drive revs should fall between the following limits :-

(a) 60 M.P.H. - 752 to 766 R.P.M.
(b) 100 M.P.H. - 1232 to 1258 R.P.M.

Will you please arrange accordingly.
