We have received from A.{Mr Adams} C. Penman Ltd., one cell from the Battery supplied with this car.

The customer states that the cell has actually failed in service in the manner which will be observed on examination.

Will you please take the matter up with the makers, and inform us if a new one should be sent to replace, without cost to the customer
